1. Digital Delivery
All products available on Innovative Language Learning are digital goods (ebooks, audiobooks, and other downloadable learning materials).
No physical items will be shipped.
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive:

An instant download link on the checkout confirmation page, and/or
-
A confirmation email with access instructions and download links.
If you don’t receive your digital product within a few minutes after purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder.
If you still can’t locate it, contact us at support@innovativelanguage.com and we’ll help right away.
2. Delivery Time
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment.
Occasionally, delivery may take up to 10–15 minutes due to processing time from your payment provider.
3. No Shipping Fees
Because all products are digital, there are no shipping or handling charges associated with any order.

If you experience issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact our support team at

We’re happy to help you restore access or resend files at no additional cost.
