1. Digital Products Only
All items sold on the Innovative Language Learning store are digital products — such as ebooks, audiobooks, and downloadable learning materials.
No physical items are shipped.
Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed (downloaded, opened, or streamed), it is considered delivered and non-refundable.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
Because of the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been processed and the files have been delivered.
Please make sure to review the product description and sample materials carefully before purchasing.
3. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

You were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error.

You never received the download link or were unable to access the product, and our support team could not resolve the issue within 7 business days.

The file provided is corrupted or incomplete, and a replacement cannot be delivered.

4. Technical Support
If you experience trouble downloading or accessing your product, please reach out to our support team.
We’ll gladly assist with re-sending files or resolving technical problems — even when a refund is not applicable.
